Los Banos man, 51, arrested on drug and gun charges, police say
A 51-year-old Los Banos man was arrested for gun and drug charges on Tuesday evening, the Los Banos Police Department said in a Facebook post.
Steven Trujillo Sr. was arrested for several felony offenses related to carrying a loaded/concealed firearm by a convicted felon and possession of methamphetamine for sale, police said.
The Los Banos Police Department Gang Unit found Trujillo in a parked vehicle in the 600 block of I Street at 4:39 p.m., the post said. The search was conducted pursuant to a warrant, police said.
Officers then conducted a search of a home in the 700 block of Vino Court and found additional evidence of drug sales, the Facebook post said.
Trujillo was booked into the Los Banos Police Department Jail with bail set at $100,000.
