The Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Andres Madrigal Haro June 17 on attempted murder and gang-related charges. Tuesday, they arrested 19-year-old Alberto Cervantes, who was booked into the Merced County Jail on attempted murder and gang-related charges.
