As a woman was browsing a Missouri gas station, a scratcher ticket with a truck piqued her interest, according to lottery officials.
“I like trucks ,” the woman said in a May 16 news release from Missouri Lottery.
She grabbed a TRUCKS & BUCKS Scratchers ticket at the Conoco in Kansas City, lottery officials said.
After scratching the $5 ticket, she realized she had won $100,000, “one of the game’s top prizes,” lottery officials said.
“I almost fell down!” she said. “I thought I was being pranked!”
