110,000 Paris Hilton Mini Beauty Fridges recalled after several caught on fire
Mini refrigerators should keep skincare and makeup cool, not start a fire that endangers your body and house. That’s why Epoca International recalled about 110,000 Paris Hilton Mini Beauty Fridges.
As the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recall notice explained: “The recalled mini fridges’ electrical switch can short circuit, causing it to overheat, posing a fire and burn hazard.”
This is no idle concern.
Epoca “is aware of 27 reports of the mini fridge overheating and catching on fire. No injuries have been reported. Property damage has included damage to the unit and surrounding surfaces.”
