The warning was in place for Lassen, Plumas and Sierra counties.
"The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire," says the NWS Reno NV.
The warning is in effect until 4:15 p.m.
