Lee Haugen: Why not ‘debunk’ all the science you don’t happen to like

Re “How liberals manipulate data to scare ‘Chicken Littles’” (Letters, Feb. 13): Now that the writer has so thoroughly debunked the liberals’ theory of global warming, perhaps he would be kind enough to get to work disproving to the same degree Copernicus’ Heliocentric Theory of our solar system and Darwin’s theory of evolution through modification. I, for one, am tired of spending taxpayers’ dollars on all of this so-called scientific research when we could be tiding that money to Christian churches to aid them in their efforts to bring us all the truth.
