Ernest Walk: Liberals should quit making excuses for Obamacare scofflaws
Whatever happened to “ignorance of the law is no excuse”? Tax penalties for not enrolling in health insurance have been in the news for several years now, yet the liberals would have us believe that it was a secret – hidden away in some convoluted legal jargon. It’s obvious the Democrats will do anything and everything to make Obamacare appear to be a success. They’ve exempted, extended, reinterpreted, postponed and ignored to the point that the only option left is for government to complete the applicants’ paperwork for them and force wealthy taxpayers to pay for the whole shebang. Any program that promises something for nothing will always find support in in today’s America.
