Terry Roduner: Fresh paint can’t cover up state’s incompetence on roads
Seriously, Merced, who is in charge of the west Highway 140 project? We were warned that Highway 140 would be under major construction for months, so please take alternate routes. For what? New sidewalks and freshly painted lines on the road? Who paints fresh lines on a road that is supposed to be repaved?
Just a great example of how California wastes our road tax money, and now they want more.
