Gary Petty: Bloss Avenue has been a hazard since guard rail was knocked out a month ago
The canal guard rail on Bloss Avenue has been completely destroyed for over a month due to an auto accident. There are a few cones with reflective collars at the site but no barricades with lights. This area is a hazard. Why is it taking so long to repair this traffic hazard? There should be some type of priority placed on such projects.
