Karina Hernandez Ceseña: Health care is a human right
It just makes sense that undocumented residents should have access to health care coverage. They pay about $3 billion a year in state sales taxes alone. They are productive, but more importantly, they are human beings. I was proud of the Merced community on May 8 when about 250 residents attended a health-care-for-all event and let their voices be heard. Health care is a human right!
