Democrats are trying to save net neutrality, not kill it
Re “Congress can help keep web open” (Letters, July 12): The letter blaming congressional Democrats for not using the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to overturn the recent FCC policy to remove net neutrality is factually incorrect. To move House Resolution 873 to a vote requires 218 signatures; it currently has 176, all of which are from Democrats. On that note, I hope our own representative, Jim Costa, will add his name to Discharge Petition No. 115-11 so HR 873 can move forward. As of today he has not.
