Theresa Ivey: Extend ‘death with dignity’ to death-row inmates

Please tell me what I’m missing. Why can’t the people tasked with executing prisoners sentenced to death talk to the doctors in Oregon who helped Brittany Maynard “die with dignity”? Isn’t that “dignity” good enough for someone like Charles Warner, who raped and murdered an 11-month-old baby?
