Eugenia Amberson: Fix that leaky pipe
I work in a clinic and to participate in the Binational Health Week, we visited the Los Banos Fairgrounds on Oct. 11. At the entrance, close to the parking lot, I saw a leaking pipe with what seems to be potable water. I asked the people in charge of the rental spaces why it hasn’t been reported. They told me they had reported this leak many times for two years, but nobody does anything about it; nobody seems to assume the responsibility to fix it. Whoever is in charge, please fix it!
