Chuck Schultz: Gov. Brown trying to let non-citizens vote

Our governor signed into law the motor/voter registration law, allowing anyone with a driver’s license to register to vote. The Department of Motor Vehicles has stated that the majority of new licenses issued so far this year have been to undocumented residents.

His intention is to make sure all of these people vote for Democrats. I think it is unconstitutional for undocumented non-citizens to be allowed to vote. Gov. Jerry Brown is trying to stuff the ballot boxes in favor of Democrats.

Chuck Schultz, Le Grand

Editor’s note: Undocumented residents can receive driver’s licenses, but they cannot register to vote.
