Deborah Toland: Merced’s generosity for our military abounds
On behalf of Merced County Blue Star Mothers and Families we want to thank the residents, businesses, teachers and students of Merced County for their contributions to our 2014 Christmas Care Package drive. Your donations enabled us to pack 96 boxes to ship to our local soldiers who are deployed around the world.
We especially want to send our deepest appreciation to Eric Hamm and The Razzari Auto Center employees and management for spearheading our donation drive this year.
Due to the generosity of our community, we will have additional boxes to ship. Merced County residents: if you have a loved one deployed this Christmas, let us know and we will make every effort to send them a care package to show our community’s appreciation.
