Donald Manes: Fresno VA center efficient, helpful and on time
I recently had reasons to visit the VA Health Center in Fresno. I was very surprised at the efficiency and helpful attitude of all the staff I had dealings with. My appointment was right on time, much better than most doctor’s appointments. My VA lab visit required a mere two-minute wait. My visit required two unscheduled appointments for a chest X-ray and EKG and both had wait times of less than five minutes.
We have heard the horror stories from some VA facilities, but my experience says that this is not the case with the Fresno VA facility. A big hurrah to the people of the Fresno VA Health Center.
