Joe Cedillo: Atwater made mistakes, so fix them and move on

Re “Atwater is out of control” (Letters, Dec. 15): Don’t beat a dead horse. To document past mistakes and learn from them is one thing, but to open old wounds and rehash the past is unhealthy and not productive. From what I read, the audit of Atwater’s finances showed no signs of foul play, but mistakes – and those we learn from. Now that Atwater can start fresh, I suggest to others that they speak words of encouragement rather than wasting time badmouthing people and things of the past.
