Carol Campodonica: Cashless society portends end of time
Banks are heading for a cashless society because they lack the money on deposit. Our tax dollars have been propping up banks for years. They spend money wildly by airing commercials about the buy-back policy for people who have their homes paid off. Banks sponsor each network from NBC, CBS, ABC, MSMBC, CNN and FOX News.
First, banks will demand people deposit all of their money in the bank and use credit cards instead of cash. Second, they will charge a fee for every transaction that occurs on the credit card and electronic transfer of money. Coins, along with silver and gold, will become illegal.
Our policy makers are taking away our liberties one stroke at a time, and the majority of people are not aware our liberty is slipping away by introducing a cashless society. Could the banks and Wall Street crash in 2020 from owing trillions to China? Bartering might become necessary for survival with no cash.
