Bob Ghisolfo: Shame on president for skipping Paris rally
For the first time that I can remember during the Obama presidency, the White House has admitted it made a mistake in not sending any high-ranking official, other than the ambassador, to the French rally on Sunday. Many world leaders, along with over 1 million French citizens, found time to show solidarity in the fight against Islamic terrorism.
Where was our president? Was he too busy with golf or watching the NFL games to attend? In his press briefing this morning, Josh Earnest said he did not have the president’s schedule for Sunday available. What? It has been reported that Joe Biden was just sitting around in Delaware.
The Obama Administration needs to come to the realization, hopefully before January 20, 2017, that they represent all of the American people. Not just liberals/progressives or Muslims who may be offended by his attendance at a rally to condemn radical Islam. All I can say is shame on you Mr. President.
