Matt Beckwith: Thanks to congregation that helped a grieving family
On behalf of the Beckwith family, I would like to thank Pastor Jason Wilson of the Bear Creek Community Church in Merced for the graciousness he and his fellowship showed our family. After spending the last 30 years in Merced, our father, Mel Beckwith, passed away at the age of 74 on March 3. Pastor Jason offered his church for our father’s services and helped us all through that very difficult time. Dad was well known in Merced and it was wonderful to see so many people come to pay their final respects to a man who spent so many years helping others.
We are indebted to Pastor Jason and his church for all they did for our dad and his family.
