David Rodriguez: Congrats to Espinoza

I send congratulations to Rodrigo Espinoza for winning the race in District 1 in Merced. Your grass roots campaign and true sense of empathy serves you well. I am positive you are up to the task that’s ahead of you. A special thanks and appreciation to our outgoing supervisor John Pedrozo. Your time and service is appreciated. It is now time to work together for the betterment of Merced County and each individual district. I’m looking forward to the progress and possible changes in the upcoming election.
