Johnnie Baptista: Story didn’t provide details on the PICO agenda
Re “County law enforcement is failing, report claims” (Front page, Aug. 13): Your headline concerning county law enforcement failing is nasty and misleading. The story left out details about the group commiting the most crimes. Oh, and reporter Thaddeus Miller should check out PICO (Pacific Institute for Community Organization) at their church in Oakland or office in DC. PICO is set up to check out our county – just to twist info from files to suit the PICO agenda
