Surdich on Bowling: Trio league kicks off summer competition

In its second year, the Monday Summer Scratch Trio league at Bellevue Bowl already has over 45 bowlers signed up.

It will feature seven PBA patterns and a match-play point system. Team captains will draft their bowlers. The league starts Monday at 7 p.m. The weekly fee is $20.

All the summer leagues at Bellevue are posted and available for sign ups. The handicap senior league is on Tuesday afternoons. The ever-popular Jubilee leagues roll on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Handicap doubles play Wednesday afternoons.

For more information, call (209) 358-6466. All leagues start this week and run until the middle of August.

There is still time to roll this summer. If you bowl against the best, you will bowl your best.
