NFL Training Camp Locations: Where Do All 32 Teams Practice?
While the Fourth of July often overshadows all at this time of year, the month of July also brings a first glimpse for NFL fans of their team's new and returning players for the fall.
On July 17, 2026, the defending champion Seattle Seahawks will be the first NFL team to welcome its rookies to training camp, while rookies and veterans from other teams will report from July 21 to July 28.
While all 30 MLB teams hold their Spring Training games in Arizona and Florida, all 32 NFL training camps are generally local to the team, not being barred by concerns over weather in the summertime months.
Here's a quick look at where each team will gear up for the regular season.
AFC East
Buffalo Bills - St. John Fisher University, Rochester, NY
- New dad Josh Allen and the Bills will begin their Super Bowl quest at St. John Fisher University in Rochester. The small college of about 3,800 students first played host to the Bills in the summer of 2000; before that, the team trained in Fredonia, NY.

Cincinnati Bengals - Kettering Health Practice Fields, Cincinnati, OH
- Joe Burrow and the Bengals don't have to go too far to report to training camp this summer, as it commences at Kettering Health Practice Fields just across the street from Paycor Stadium. Pittsburgh Steelers - Saint Vincent College, Latrobe, PA
- 2026 will be the 60th year that Saint Vincent College has been the home of the Steelers' training camp, as the team began practicing in Latrobe on a trial run in 1966.
