Sun-Star’s Best: Buhach Colony’s Logan Baptista wins Prep of the Week voting
Buhach Colony High School baseball player Logan Baptista won this week’s Merced Sun-Star Prep of the Week fan vote.
Baptista won this week’s poll with over 58% of the total vote with 51,609 votes. Baptista helped the Thunder defeat Atwater 11-1 by pitching a complete game with 11 strikeouts.
There were 88,367 total votes.
Merced softball standout Ava Brown finished second with 33,680 votes.
