Sun-Star’s Best: El Capitan’s Simonian wins Player of the Week poll for Week 4
El Capitan High School receiver Albert Simonian turned in a stellar performance in the Gauchos’ game against Livingston.
Simonian finished with 151 yards receiving and two touchdowns in a 48-20 loss to the Wolves.
Simonian won the Merced Sun-Star fans’ vote for High School Football Player of the Week for Week 4.
The El Capitan receiver finished with 5,287 votes.
