Roundup: Buhach Colony routs El Capitan, Los Banos remains unbeaten in WAC

Buhach Colony Highs senior Jaxson Percoats started off his night with a 60-yard touchdown. The Thunder running back added an 89-yard touchdown run moments later.

Percoats fwas off and running as he finished with 204 yards and the two scores on just two carries as the Thunder cruised to a 46-8 win over El Capitan on homecoming night.

Julian Ruiz added two touchdown runs for Buhach Colony, which improved to 4-3 overall and 2-1 in the Central California Conference.

Los Banos 43, Johansen 28 — Tigers quarterback David Herrera completed all 10 of his passes for 145 yards and four touchdowns as Los Banos moved into sole possession of first place in the Western Athletic Conference at 4-0.

Los Banos running back Mark Carreiro added 138 rushing yards and two touchdowns and Yahir Zuniga hauled in two touchdowns.

Jett Lindeman led the Tigers defense with 12 tackles.

Livingston 20, Ripon 19 — Wolves tight end Israel Padilla hauled in a 14-yard touchdown with 5 seconds left in the game to deliver a win for Livingston.

Ripon had erased a 14-0 deficit with 19 consecutive points before Livingston threw the game-winning touchdown in the final seconds.

The Wolves improve to 3-4 overall and 1-2 in the Trans-Valley League.

Ripon Christian 38, Le Grand 6 — Knights quarterback Trey Fasani threw three touchdown passes and the Ripon Christian defense stifled the Bulldogs.

Alexis Granados scored Le Grand’s lone touchdown on a 1-yard run in the first quarter.

Ripon Christian scored 31 unanswered points to close out the game.

Le Grand drops to 5-2 overall and 2-2 in the Southern League.

Dos Palos 44, Mendota 41 — Peyton Van Worth threw for 400 yards and four touchdowns to help lead the Broncos to a wild victory over the Aztecs.

Elias Malfabon hauled in 11 catches for 217 yards and two touchdowns for Dos Palos, which improved to 3-4 overall and 2-0 in the West Sierra League.
