The Week: McBride took home two individual titles at the Central California Conference championships. The Thunder freshman won the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2 minutes, 0.92 seconds. She also won the 500 freestyle in 5:25.77.

Connor Hoppe

School: Golden Valley

Sport: Swimming

Class: Senior

Events: 50 Free and 100 Breast

The Week: Hoppe broke his own Central California Conference record in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 55.68 seconds. He also turned in the second fastest time ever in CCC history in winning the 50 freestyle with a time of 21. 39 seconds.
