The Week: Coward won the 200-meter dash at the Sac-Joaquin Section Masters Championships with a time of 24.85 seconds. She also finished second in the 100 with a time of 12.15 seconds.

Ryan Pust

School: Golden Valley

Sport: Track and Field

Class: Senior

Event: Pole vault

The Week: Pust won the Sac-Joaquin Section Masters pole vault title with a personal best vault of 16 feet, 7 inches. The victory qualified him for this week's CIF State Meet in Clovis.
