The Week: Lemas took home two individual titles at the Merced County Championships by winning the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.79 seconds and 300 hurdles in 41.04 seconds. Lemas also ran on the winning 4x100 relay team.

Class: Senior

Events: Lao won the shot put and the discus titles at the Merced County Championships. Lao won the shot put with a toss of 39 feet and 2 inches. Her winning throw in the discus was 115 feet and 6 inches.
