The Fantasy Forum with 'D-Lo in the Know': In fantasy, one team really is good enough
A few weeks ago The Fantasy Forum reader SamEyeAm started his own forum thread and asked: How many leagues are you in?
His answer was one. Aside from it being too time consuming to be in more than one league, SamEyeAm writes:
Another issue with being in more than one league is people who have a bad season in League One tend to ignore that team and focus on their others. Well that's not fair to everyone else in League One.

As for myself, I usually am in just one league, which is the case this season.
But last year I was in two leagues, the second of which I was invited by a fellow blogger at my previous newspaper. I decided I wanted to draft a team with only rookies and second-year players, calling it "The Young Guns."
The thing I liked about this team is it allowed me to track a different set of players and then keep them on my radar for upcoming seasons.
Right now, it looks like that team would be stunning this season. The roster included Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco at QB; Adrian Peterson, Darren McFadden and Matt Forte at RB; Calvin Johnson and Dwayne Bowe at WR; then Kevin Boss, Dustin Keller and later on free-agent pickup John Carlson at TE.
I was considering drafting Ryan or Flacco this season but I had my eye on Matt Hasselbeck having a "Comeback Player of the Year" season. By the way I did draft a rookie backup in Mark Sanchez because I think Ryan and Flacco showed a rookie can have success if he's mature and in the right system, which I think might be the case with the Jets.
Also, if you're in need of a QB now my top option is Jason Campbell, followed by Flacco, Sanchez and Shaun Hill. To find out why, read the forum online.
