Here's When Your Favorite NFL Team is Set to Begin Training Camp

The return of the NFL is not quite around the corner, but it is getting closer by the day.

A sure sign came this week when the league announced when each team will report for training camp for the 2026 season.

The defending champs will hit the field first, but what about everyone else?

Seahawks less than 2 months from reporting

When last we saw the Seattle Seahawks, they were dominating the New England Patriots 29-13 in Super Bowl LX at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.

The Seahawks rookies are set to be the first players to report for 2026 training camp on July 17 with veterans arriving no later than July 24.

There is actually a wide disparity in reporting dates as the Dallas Cowboys, New Orleans Saints, Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Steelers will not have their rookies report until July 28, but there is a reason for the difference. All of those teams have everyone report the same day rather than staggering rookies and veterans.

Joint practices also announced

While exhibition games get more attention (and TV coverage), some of the most productive days for NFL teams are when they hold joint practices.

That gives teams a chance to compare themselves against each other in a more controlled setting with less concern about video of what they are working on being widely distributed, too.

With that in mind, here is the list of joint practices scheduled for this summer:
