Dusk to Don, at Yosemite Ave. and G Street, will hold its grand opening April 12. There will be a ribbon cutting at 10 a.m and doors will open at 11.

According to its Instagram page, Dusk to Don will serve “late night Japanese comfort food” and matcha drinks. It will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.

It will feature classics and favorites, such as: Tonkatsu Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, Curry Udon and Dashi Udon, according to a post on its Instagram page.

The shop is “centered for night owls looking for somewhere to concentrate, chill, and chomp!”

There will also be silent rooms with cubicles for students.
