Popular bakery chain opens new Merced location. See where, what’s on the menu
A new dessert spot has officially opened in Merced.
After announcing plans to come to the city in March, Nothing Bundt Cakes is now serving up its handcrafted desserts to customers.

Where is new bakery in Merced?
Nothing Bundt Cakes‘ new location is at 3522 G St. in Merced, in the Yosemite North shopping center.
The bakery joins several other businesses in the shopping center, including Ember Coffee & Eatery, Raley’s and 88 Bao Bao.
What is Nothing Bundt Cakes?
Nothing Bundt Cakes is a specialty bakery chain known for customizable bundt cakes topped with its signature cream cheese frosting.
“Our bundt cakes are handcrafted in every bakery in a variety of delicious flavors and sizes,” the company said on its website.
The company was founded in 1997 by Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz in their Las Vegas home kitchens.
The chain has grown to more than 550 bakery locations across more than 40 U.S. states and Canada, “offering a modern spin on a classic treat,” the company said on its website.
What’s on the menu at Nothing Bundt Cakes?
The popular bakery chain offers bundt cakes in several sizes, including 8-inch and 10-inch cakes starting at about $34, as well as tiered cakes with prices that vary by design and size.
Customers can also order bite-sized Bundtinis, sold by the dozen starting at $31.99, and individual Bundtlets, which start at $6.50 each.
Popular flavors include red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, lemon and classic vanilla.
The Nothing Bundt Cakes menu also features seasonal varieties, such as confetti and Oreo cookies and cream.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is open daily at the Yosemite North shopping center.
Business hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
