Truck rams into Merced County house in suspected DUI crash, police say

Alcohol is suspected to be a factor in a Los Banos crash that ended with a truck striking a house, police said on Monday.

The truck driven by a man, whose name was not immediately available, hit a house on Delaware Avenue near K Street about 6 p.m., police said.

Police said they believe the man had been drinking. No injuries were immediately reported.
