A 25-year-old Fresno man was driving eastbound on Highway 152 west of Volta Road near Los Banos with a 26-year-old woman and a 1-year-old girl about 3:35 p.m. when he allowed the car to drift into the center median, CHP said.
More than a year has passed since a man in Los Banos took a gun from a police officer and shot two officers before being killed, and Los Banos Police Chief Gary Brizzee has repeatedly declined to answer questions about the fatal incident.
